Refund policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. 

We generally deliver all our products within 6-9 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.

1. Warranty

• All our products are created with 92.5 silver. They will last forever.
• Silver has a natural tendency to change its colour when exposed to air/moisture and all it needs is cleaning.
• We provide B Real Silver's own 92.5% purity certificate with each product 

2. Repairs 

• If the product breaks for any reason during your usage, kindly send a picture to our helpline. Most of the products can be fixed at our end.
• Based on the confirmation from both parties, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost and we will repair and send it back to you. Repairing is a nominally chargeable service. 

Cancellations

1.If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do Information within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@brealsilver.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by B Real Silver and accept B Real Silver's decision regarding the cancellation

2. B Real Silver DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery only.  Please contact us by email at hello@brealsilver.com. and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.

3.If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturing issue or for a ring sizing issue, you must first request a return number for your package. B Real Silver is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from hello@brealsilver.com. and ensure that your name, address and return authorisation number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped. Any package that is not properly covered and taped will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges. 

4. B Real Silver will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our quality inspection team must confirm the returned jewellery has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period. All items must arrive back in their original condition.
